Notice to all players that those who have not yet paid their signing on fees(£25) they are now over due.. Please note it is club rules that players who have paid WILL be played in front of those who have not yet paid.

Hollingworth Old Boys, celebrated the new season in style, with a great start to the season seeing them go top of the Lancashire & Cheshire League. In addition they have managed to secure the kind sponsorship from local company CC Power, which has allowed them to purchase a new strip for the season. Manager Rob Clarke said ‘The team have worked hard pre-season, and the results are starting to show, playing some great football. All the team would like to say a big thank-you to Jed Chant and everyone at CC Power for their kind sponsorship.

‘Hollingworth Old Boys continued their impressive start to the season with a comprehensive win on Saturday, beating Rochdalians 4-1 in the Lancashire & Cheshire League.

Goals from Phil Clarke, Jamie Cross, were enough to see the home side run out comfortable winners’.

‘Another boost was the return of inspirational Club Captain Andy Basterfield after a long lay off. Man of the Match was the impressive Young Scotsman Scott McCaskie’.
