After a good run of results from both sides, we are now joint top of the league. The football from both teams has been excellent, and the hard work the boys have put in over the last couple of years is paying off. We have got a strong squad of 16 players who should go on and get the results they deserve.

9th July 2011 - We attended our own tournament with both an A & B team, and as usual came up against teams in divisions much higher than ourselves. To both our teams credit we performed and matched all teams throughout the group games. Including a creditable 2-1 defeat for the A team against the eventual winners Droylsden. This should lift both teams for the upcoming season and we should be challenging for the title.

Well done to all boys participating, as the losses were only by "the odd" goal
26th June 2011 - Well spring Tournament @ Marple Rugby Club. We travelled with an A & B team to Rose Hill Rovers tournament at Marple Rugby Club, the line up of teams was very strong with good sides out of the Stockport Metro and teams from as far a field as Runcorn. We performed very well and the football at times was a joy to watch, although neither team progressed through the group stages we were certainly not disgraced:-
